Payment options

In case of late payment, we send a payment reminder with a statutory reminder fee of currently SEK 60. We also charge penalty interest of 2% per month from the invoice due date. Delivery time

Delivery time is calculated to 2-3 business days for Celtini and about 3 weeks delivery for order goods. Delayed delivery can be caused by high pressure from our supplier if so, we contact all affected customers and inform about this.

Receivement of order

Your package will be delivered in your mailbox or to your nearest postal agent. Notification is via avi in the mailbox or text message if you enter your mobile number when you place your order / register as a customer

Your right of withdrawal / open purchase is valid for 14 days after you received your item.

In order for the return to apply, the condition is that the labels are on and that the goods should be unused and in the same condition as when you received the goods. When returning, you are responsible for the transport risk and the freight charge. If the goods have disappeared during the delivery that would have gone to us then we cannot approve the return and thus not refund the money for the return. Prices

All Celtini's goods including shipping are priced in SEK including VAT. At checkout, you can see the total price, including any shipping fee (Buy over 800: - gives free shipping within Sweden). Payment and delivery terms specified in the shopping cart depending on the payment and delivery method you have chosen.

 

Shipping

Celtini has an agreement with Postnord for deliveries. When your package is available for delivery, you will receive an avi in the mailbox or a text message (if you have entered your mobile number when ordering / registering). As soon as you receive your notification, you can pick up your package at your nearest post office. Please note that changes in deliveries can be made during weekends. Contact us at customer service via our contact form or email to: info@celtini.com if your package is delayed or if you have other questions. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you the costs of return shipping, handling fee and handling fee. These costs currently amount to SEK 250. Jewelry care

We recommend avoiding water and moisture on their jewelry in order to maintain as long a shelf life as possible. Always keep the jewelry in the packaging / ash when the jewelry is not used. The cladding is very durable but for optimum lifetime of the jewelery's quality we recommend the customers to follow the care advice. Celtini disclaims all responsibility for how the product is used and maintained by the customer. The customer is entirely responsible for how the product is used and must check any errors within the warranty period (14 days).

 

 

 

Force majeure


Celtini is not responsible for delays caused by external factors and unreasonable controls. Regarding force majeure, Celtini is entitled to extra time to fulfill its actions. This includes circumstances related to supplier disruptions, production disruptions, legislation, changes during transportation, natural disasters, strikes, exchange rate fluctuations. If such circumstances take longer than two months, both parties have the right to cancel / terminate the agreement without the counterparty being entitled to compensation or obligation to provide compensation. Repayment obligation - If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the goods as soon as possible or within 30 days from the day we received the goods.
